Transport & Parking

No parking but lots of public transport in the area.

Access

The entrance was tucked away around the corner from the Main Street and was level with automatic doors. Greeted on arrival and helped to check in. The accessible room was a great surprise with loads of room for my powerchair. A plug socket by the bed for charging and everything at a height I could manage.

Toilets

The accessible bathroom was really good. Plenty of space to move around with my powerchair. Good fittings and everything with easy reach.

Staff

Full marks from the start. Staff were helpful and held doors, chatted, carried things to the table and made me feel welcome. Particular thanks to Maria who was great - helped me with the self service breakfast and was really cheery.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

If other Premier Inns are as good as this one both on the environmental level and more importantly the staff you can be sure of good stay. Particularly impressed with the room.
