My companion and I were shown kindness from the pavement outside to our place in the balcony. The lift was only for w’chairs and a staff member but the venue is not huge so we quickly met up again. The entrance was flat and easy to navigate. We were taken under a staff member’s wing who gave us the choice of balconies and even arranged for the cds I had preordered to be given to me by hand and they turned out to be signed copies. Snow Patrol were excellent.

No steps and a separate signed entrance door which was opened before the rest of the audience.
Parking & Transport
Good
We parked in the closest car park, the Cattle Market car park but were warned that plans are being made to build over it. A bit further away is the Westfield car park.
