Well organised accessibility via Banquet Records

Update from 2021 review to 2025 there are issues with the lift especially for powerchair users, will update further after it is resolved by venue. Until a resolution is found, use with care. sep 2021: Went to some album release concerts run by Banquet Records at Pryzm. I was impressed with how well they managed accessibility and I would definitely recommend.

Intimate Snow Patrol show in perfect venue

My companion and I were shown kindness from the pavement outside to our place in the balcony. The lift was only for w’chairs and a staff member but the venue is not huge so we quickly met up again. The entrance was flat and easy to navigate. We were taken under a staff member’s wing who gave us the choice of balconies and even arranged for the cds I had preordered to be given to me by hand and they turned out to be signed copies. Snow Patrol were excellent.
