Queen Mother Hospital for Small Animals

Unfortunate to have to visit here with our cat however it made it easier with access. Disabled parking outside with ramps up to the automatic entry doors. Very light open reception area with low desks. Very clean and large disabled toilet as standard wheelchair height to transfer. Lots of room to get to the rooms and large consulting rooms too. Sound can be a bit echoey and hard to hear the receptionist if other staff are talking at the same time.
