Rigg's Mill & Motor Museum

Great find! Plenty of parking across at the garden centre, including disabled bays, easy access into the building. It's only a small museum but great for an hour or two out while visiting the garden centre. It's Mr Riggs personal collection, each car has info about them including how he got in his collection. Only a couple are restored and others in original as found condition! There are also steam engines and we timed it so we saw them working today, check the website for timings. The floor is original Yorkshire stone flags so we managed fine with the wheelchair, plenty of room and all on one level. £5 entrance or £3.50 for over child/over 65. Toilets are next door, a good size accessible toilet. The shop next door includes a cafe which has a lift to the first floor. The tables aren't great for wheelchair users and abit close together but it was manageable.
