Venue Description

Every year the Royal Welsh Show attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors to the heart of Mid-Wales to come together and celebrate the very best of Welsh and British agriculture. The Show is an action-packed four-day event of exciting competitions, livestock, forestry, horticulture, crafts, countryside sports, shopping, food and drink, a 12-hour programme of non-stop entertainment, attractions, displays and much more. The Royal Welsh Show takes place in July every year.

Accessibility

The Royal Welsh Agricultural Society is committed to improving accessibility to the facilities and aim to make trips more comfortable and enjoyable for visitors with disabilities. If a visitor has a full-time registered carer or attendant, that carer can have access to the event free of charge by applying in advance with supporting documentation. Please note that advance tickets will only be provided upon satisfactory proof that the attendant is a registered carer. No such arrangements will be available on the gate. Event Mobility will be providing electric scooters and manual wheelchairs for the use of disabled, elderly and mobility impaired visitors to the Royal Welsh Show To reserve an mobility scooter or manual wheelchair you can book on line at www.eventmobility.org.uk. We also have Mobiloos available at the Royal Welsh Show with a mobile accessible toilet and changing place for those requiring use of a hoist and/or changing bed when using the bathroom.
