My friend and I went for a cup of coffee and they bite to eat, there is a small bump into the shop i would describe it as a small step. The cakes are protected now by perspex which makes it difficult, 2, get my own cake or bun as I seated wheelchair user its self service for buns the staff are happy to help and the point of sale terminal is at about chest height when you're seated in a wheelchair. They bring out the coffee, and I'm sure that they would be able to bring out the cake too. Although I did rather enjoy balancing it on my legs.
There is an accessible toilet towards the back of the coffee shop, with a new and shiny euans guide sign.
I opted to sit outside with my friend because the window seats available inside the main seat that I could see inside that would have been accessible is a long bench behind the cakes. This bench can be tricky to navigate for me because there are often people who are sitting quite far out from the table itself.
It is a wonderfully modern designed unit. With no steps internally, just the bump over the threshold to the property. There is a large selection of drinks, and there is now fresh water available with a water cooler.
I think that some work could be done at to make more accessible seating available has the majority of the internal seating is at the window the outside seating is nice and accessible for me in a manual wheelchair.
