South Inch Park & Play Area

South Inch Park is a public park in Perth, that I've driven past more times than I can count, so I decided to take a wander through the park on a clear Autumn day to see how accessible it is. The park is home to a statue of Sir Walter Scott, sculpted in 1845 by John Cochrane & Brothers, That statue shows Scott standing with his deerhound Maida at his feet, Originally placed on the High Street, the statue moved in 1877, and now overlooks the King Place entrance to the park. South Inch Park has level paths throughout, benches and picnic tables and a small Blend coffee shop, which has an accessible toilet and decent coffee.
