I used the Neatebox Welcome app to inform the staff that I would be visiting the restaurant and so they were aware of that I am visually impaired with a guide dog. The very friendly reception staff greeted me at the main entrance and assisted me through to the restaurant, the restaurant staff showed me to my table, read out the menu for me and kindly brought out a bowl of water for my guide dog as well. Highly recommend this venue!

I got the bus to St. Andrews, the venue is less than a 10 minute walk from the bus station.

Staff

The staff were all exceptional. They were all aware of what assistance I needed, thanks to the Welcome App.
