St. Andrews Links Clubhouse Reception

Using Neatebox Welcome App I visited the Clubhouse where the Reception were aware of my needs and welcomed me at the door and took me to a seat outside the restaurant.
Transport & Parking
There were disabled spaces close to the venue and also a drop off pick up point
The entrance was on the flat with self opening wide doors
It was clean on the flat near the restaurant and reception. Only problem was that it opened on to an area where people queued so might be awkward if people were across the corridor.
The reception staff were helpful, friendly and using the app were aware of my arrival and knew my needs. The restaurant staff had not been trained with the App but it was anticipated that this would happen

I was impressed with reception staff as I returned later to the Clubhouse and was met at the door although staff were not aware that I was returning. Great technology and thoughtful staff
