I have experience of challenges around: accessing toilets and moving around.

St Barbe Gallery is a busy little place just off the High street in Lymington. There is a council carpark immediately behind it, with 6-8 blue badge bays and limited on st parking. There is a steep ramp into the gallery. Toilets are on the ground floor. The disabled loo gave adequate turning space for my active wheelchair, anything larger would struggle. I could not reach the flush on the wall, rear right of the cistern. There was low customer service at the far end of the reception counter and, as of Jan 26, carers have free access. We were visiting the special exhibition and there was enough room for the wheelchair, though I felt large ones would struggle. Large print guides were available. The cafe is excellent, but might need to move furniture to accommodate a large chair. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
