    Outstanding accessible rooms

The best accessible rooms I've ever used. I wish my bathroom was as good! Large king size double room wheelchair access to bed on the side next to the very large wet room. High and comfortable mattress. Wheelchair transfer with chair next to mattress Electric and USB sockets next to bed Wet room is huge with 2 night lights, magnetic shower curtains, fixed and rising shower heads, 2 pull down arm rests on 2 sides, the shower is in a room corner, large pull down seat in shower area Low level handbasin next to toilet and additional on wall opposite the large wet room door. The room also has a full kitchen with hob, oven/microwave, dishwashing machine. Fixed work/meal table. Two seat sofa, easy chair, forestall that I used for suitcase large flat screen TV, wooden Venetian blinds and blackout curtains. Complimentary, in room tea, coffee sachets and filter coffee. The room interconnects with a twin if necessary. Quite simply the best accessible room I've ever experienced. The only downside the corridor and room door are not auto opening. Free tea, hot chocolate and coffee variations available all day in the hotel service lobby, open fire area with lots of table and chair spaces in the common area. The hotel has a free laundry, small gym and a 'pantry' shop with a 24 hour reception. Free accessible parking for blue badge holders is outside the main entrance in the secure barrier entry car park. A huge cooked buffet and cold breakfast is included. I'm Coeliac and my wife vegetarian and both were carefully catered for with 30 minutes notice. Jason and his team are extremely helpful. I've stayed here every year for many years and have not found anywhere near as good. Yes it is more expensive but you can cook your own lunch and evening meal so saving on expensive restaurant bills. I wish other hotels were as good as this
