We visited here on new years eve in the afternoon,the staff were excellent and made a table available for me with out any fuss at all,There is level access into the place and a gradual ramp up to where we were seated,the food was excellent also.

Ramps deal with slight slopes. Doors are heavy but everyone very helpful. Can park on street with blue badge (can get busy).
