Disabled Access Information Provided by The Brisley Bell

Disabled Access at The Brisley Bell

Both the pub and accommodation are all on ground level. Disabled parking is available either side of the entrance and is signposted. There is a small ramp at the front door (which if not out, is kept in the porch). In the pub and on the patio every area is fully accessible. There is a disabled access toilet which has step-free access, grab rails and easy turn taps and handles. The pub has wide corridors and doorways that are easy to navigate, and staff are always on hand to offer assistance. They are aware of the tables that are high enough to accommodate a wheelchair, but it’s always good to know in advance, if possible, for planning our seating arrangements. Dogs are allowed in the bar, snug and garden of the pub and dog-bowls are provided. Accessible accommodation is available in our bedroom Hindol, which features level-access and a wet room, this comprises of handrails, a comfort height toilet and easy to turn handles. Beeler has a small step down into the room and a smaller bathroom, but a large walk-in shower. Both Hindol and Beeler are dog friendly. Access to the pub, car park and to the bedrooms is via a gravel driveway.
