Nice place, No Accessible Toilet

Overview
I was in London for the weekend to see a show and wanted to find somewhere to eat afterwards. The venue had a small ramp at the door and the owner showed us to a table. There wasn't much space around the venue with a lot of tables crammed in, however staff were very helpful. The food was good if pricey. However, before leaving I asked if there was an accessible toilet as I could see the male/female loos were downstairs. The waitress apologised profusely but there was no available loo, unfortunately.

We had driven to London so walked to the restaurant. No parking nearby.

No accessible loo at all.
Staff
The owner and waitress were very keen to help.
