Excellent

After I booked the accessible tickets the Garage emailed me with instructions about the wheelchair accessible door and information about the wheelchair 'platform' (which has space for 2 wheelchairs). I arrived at 6.50pm as instructed and Mark, from security greeted me and put the ramp in position to give me access to the platform and my reserved wheelchair space. He told me about arrangements for accessing the toilet at the interval. A bar staff member offered to bring us drinks. At the end of the show Mark came and explained the procedure to exit and put the ramp in place. As a full time powered wheelchair user, I'm nervous about going to a venue for the first time. From the first time I emailed the booking office to leaving the venue, everything went really smoothly. I can't comment about the accessible toilet because I didn't use it.

Parking & Transport

Good

My husband and I walked from Central Station to the venue. It took around 20 minutes

As I mentioned in my review, the security man, Mark was really helpful. I also dealt with Aimee and Kelly in the booking office who were very helpful.
