The Green Parrot aims to provide a welcoming and accessible environment for all customers. Step-free access is available via a ramp with handrails leading from the car park to the pub entrance. Designated accessible parking spaces are located close to the ramp and entrance to minimise travel distance. Inside the venue, there is step-free access to the accessible toilet. The toilet includes grab rails, a lowered sink, lever taps, and space to manoeuvre mobility aids. An incontinence disposal bin is also available for discreet disposal of continence products. Seating throughout the pub is flexible, allowing space for wheelchair users where needed. Staff are happy to assist with moving chairs, carrying drinks or food, or helping customers find suitable seating. The venue is located close to local bus stops, with a flat route from the nearest stop to the pub entrance. Assistance dogs are welcome. If customers require any help during their visit, staff are always available to assist.

If customers prefer not to use the app, staff are happy to assist by taking orders at the bar and delivering food and drinks to the table when needed. Assistance dogs are welcome in the venue. Water bowls are available on request, and we are continuing to look at ways to further improve facilities for assistance dogs.
