Access into the hotel was good with a ramp from the car park into the back of the hotel where all amenities were on the same level with no steps, including an accessible toilet. There’s a lift to the 1st floor right next to their accessible room ( Room 14 - spacious with a very large wheel in shower). Staff were super helpful opening doors and helping generally. The down side is that their accessible room faced the rear whereas front rooms have a sea view. Also it is not possible to exit the hotel from the front using a wheelchair or scooter. If you wanted to access the prom from the hotel it can be difficult as the car park at the back is accessed by a very uneven private road which you would not be able to negotiate in a wheelchair or scooter. There’s parking on the prom so you’d have to load up and take the car to the front. The hotel was lovely, great staff, very comfortable rooms and a nice atmosphere and we intend to revisit. It’s in a lovely position with a concrete ramp from the road down to the promenade.
