Excellent
Based at neptunes staircase on the Caledonian Canal the moorings has glorious views of the canal and Ben Nevis. The new resteraunt is a fantastic addition with Windows with views from almost every seat.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Access is really good, the disabled toilets at the front of the hotel are a bit cramped, but the new disabled toilet in the restaurant is luxurious, really 1st class.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
You park at the front of he hotel and make your way around to the back to the restaurant however the signposting is not great and we entered through the front doors. The staff were brilliant and got out ramps to get us through the hotel rather than let us go back out into the cold.

Additional Information
The food at the Moorings was a limited menu although it was very tasty, did not appreciate the 15% service charge as you never know if it goes to the staff. You maybe pay for the view at the Moorings a little but the views are stunning, so it is worth it!
