Overview
I've been to a few concerts at the 02 and find it very accessible. I book a wheelchair space (you need a Nimbus Access card to do this) and my daughter accompanies me. There are lifts to all floors and the wheelchair platform has a good view of the stage, there are several accessible toilets and the staff are very helpful.
Transport & Parking
You can book a disabled parking space, but my husband always drops us off in small blue badge car park near the entrance and picks us up there after the show.
Access
The floors are very smooth for pushing a wheelchair and there are lifts.
Toilets
There are plenty of accessible toilets which are easy to get my wheelchair into. I can stand and transfer, there were grab rails to assist with this.
Staff
All of the staff were super friendly and helpful.
