Overall Rating
Good
Whenever I visit a new place, I have an agreement with my wife that I'll bring back an enamel pin. That denim jacket is getting pretty heavy! I didn't have time to visit the Roman Baths, but I was able to pop into the gift shop, which has a public entrance. It was pretty busy when I stopped by, but I was still able to get around in my wheelchair.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
There are manual doors at the entrance, but the staff were happy to help. As mentioned, it was very busy, but I got around fine in my wheelchair and staff were happy to help retrieve items that were out of reach. The till has a lowered counter and there is signage indicating a hearing loop is available. There's no shortage of souvenirs, so it's well worth popping in if you're looking for a memento!
Parking & Transport
Good
I travelled to this place by walk or wheel
I wheeled my way here, but there are also local bus routes nearby. Bath Bus Station is roughly 450 metres away, with Bath Spa railway station around 550 metres away.
Accessible facilities: Public or on street parking
Accessible Toilets
There are no toilets at this venue.
Staff
Excellent
Helpful and friendly - can't fault them.
