This is a popular venue for us (group from Firrhill Day Centre) because of its location, menu and ambiance.
Disabled Access In and Around
Poor
Narrow ramp up to heavy outside doors and very tight turn to interior. Restaurant is on two levels but a ramp has been laid down for disabled patrons.
Parking & Transport
Average
Medium sized car park with enough room for a short stay. Venue is also near a bus terminus. No 'special' disabled parking.
Accessible Toilets
Poor
Large and accessible enough but the fist set were locked and it was a treck to the other ones.
Staff
Average
Staff were fine (considering the hour and the volume of other patrons), service too was speedy.
Additional Information
As I say The Steading is a popular and easy choice. Food is always good here and the situation too is good. Others from Firrhill have used it - past and present.
