Overall Rating

Fantastic concert but we did not have the best seats for a man who has mobility restrictions.

Disabled Access In and Around

Staff at information desk very helpful. I had originally purchased tickets for two non disabled people. When my father took the place of one person I had hoped to get seats suitable for his disability. However, the box office call line did not allow this. I was given information that was not helpful, incorrectly being told that we were on the front row and that it was a simple walk down to our seats. In fact there were two sets of steps for my father to negotiate.
