Unfortunately I cannot give a full review for this venue because I couldn't get in! I arrived to be confronted by 4 steps and no way to indicate that I was outside. Fortunately I was with a friend who went inside to ask about a ramp. It took a while to find the ramp but once they had it was obvious that the gradient was going to be far too steep. They made various excuses; we went somewhere else. Not good.
Disabled Access In and Around

There was no disabled access for wheelchair users unless you are happy to use a very steep ramp.
Parking & Transport
Poor
There was parking on the other side of the road which is residents only but can be used with a disabled badge. There are very few dropped kerbs so it took a bit of a detour to cross the road.
Accessible Toilets
Bad
There is no accessible toilet.
Staff
Poor
One staff member tried to help but was let down by the equipment available. Another staff member, apparently the owner, was very unconcerned and didn't even offer an apology. Just told me "others have used it". I'm not sure how the could have used it safely!
