Good
To stay right in the centre of things at a reasonable price and get wheelchair access is quite difficult however we managed that at this travel lodge.. It’s not luxury, but it is clean and just what we needed.

The Travelodge was very clean with an easily accessible bar area & restuarant.

Parking & Transport
Good
We were visitors in London so we’re just using taxis. The front of the Travelodge is not accessible however there is a side/ back entrance with a ramp . Gated access at the top of the ramp with intercom, we were lucky I think because we always had it opened for us by a member of staff. The rest of the hotel (bar cafe etc) is fine for wheelchair access. We booked an accessible room which was fine for a wheelchair user.& the accessible rooms are not huge but is adequate for using a power chair.

Good
The toilet was adequate in size for my needs with a roll-in shower. There were plenty of hand grips & a red cord positioned appropriately.

Staff
Excellent
We had the power chair devlivered from a hire company. The staff at the Travelodge accepted the delivery & allowed us to leave it with them overnight to be picked up in the morning after we left. They were very pleasant, friendly & helpful.
