I visited this venue with a wheelchair user, so i'm able to get an opinion on its access in multiple ways. It is level entry with lots of space for manoeuvrability of a wheelchair. My cane wasn't an issue. My friend's wheelchair wasn't an issue. There is a lift all the way to the top and it goes to every single level of moothall there is a gift shop on the second floor a cafe on the ground floor and the kitchens plus a disabled toilet is on the top of floor. The surfaces are really easy to roll on. There is carpet, but it's not deep pile. The food it's brought to you and there is a wide selection of choices.This is an absolute gem in the lakes. Thank you Keith for highlighting this to me. They now have a nice new shiny reminder to keep the. Red cord to the bottom, and I spoke to the staff to highlight that accord isn't all the way to the floor which should be, they are going to replace the cord.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
The staff were extremely enthusiastic when I brought out the euans guide card to show and explain about the red chord campaign and placed it immediately. I could see everything that I needed and wanted to see there was lots of seating to take a rest. I didn't ask about the menu in an accessible format.

Parking & Transport
Good
I got the bus and I walked. It's not very far for me but I was glad for a sit down afterwards. Its got a swedish lift (one that you have to press and hold for it to move) Its quite and the lighting is great for me with my autism.
Accessible Toilets
Good
The toilet is on the top floor it does take a minute to get to possibly a little longer because the lift is slow, but it is possible to get to the toilet. It's a relatively sized toilet with grab. Rails, wheelchair transfer space sinks, taps and a space for carer.Should you need to have that.

The staff were some of the friendliest people that I have ever met in a cafe when I have a disability thats visible.
Additional Information
If you are ever in a the lakes i would recommend this cafe. It is absolute gem of the place, and I really hope that they succeed for the next season and many seasons to come
