Excellent

Excellent train station to travel from/to if you have accessibility needs. Modern station, big lifts and most of all very very helpful staff who go above and beyond to assist you with your journey. Can't praise them enough - they take all of the stress out of travelling and message through to the station you are travelling to to arrange assistance for you there.

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

Automatic doors, lifts but most of all very very helpful staff. We booked assistance and the lady accompanied us off the train and took us through the station to the exit as it was our first visit. On the return journey as soon as they saw the wheelchair they radioed through for help and asked where we were travelling to, gave us full assistance getting to the platform, on the train and messaged to the onward station to ensure we had assistance getting off the train. Amazing service!

Accessible facilities: Lift to all areas, Step-free entrance
