Overview

While using University Train station, I had to wait at the wide isle ticket gate for at least 5 minutes because my ticket wouldn't work. I noticed that a member of staff was signalling me over to where he was, but that wasn't where a wide isle gate was; this was the only wide isle gate, and so I'd have had to go back to the wide isle gate to get through, if I did, and there was 20 other people all wanting to get through. Also, their changing places toilet is locked with another 'private key as well as a RADAR key and you have to go in and ask for this disabled key, and they ask you, "Are you just wanting to use the shower?" before they give you permission to use the Changing Places toilet. This Changing Places toilet didn't seem to have any paper towels or anything to dry your hands and the hoist wasn't working. And then, when I exited the Changing Places toilet, their was crowd of staff waiting all round the toilet entrance. Very upsetting and infuriating. What do they think I am?

Using train, and staff shouted "GET ON THE TRAIN! USE ALL AVAILABLE DOORS!" Even though it was quite clear that everybody was using every available door, and I didn't get the first train because there was nobody to ley the ramp down to get on the train.
