Bad
The ground floor is accessible and there is an accessible toilet. However, at 1.30 pm on Friday there was only one free table on the ground floor and I was told it had been reserved. I left in disgust, never to return.

Good
I didn't see a lift but there is more seating on the first floor.
Accessible Toilets
Good
Very easy to find. I had left my mobility scooter outside and had walked in so I couldn't really tell how easy it would be to manouevre but there seemed to be enough space and the toilet was spotlessly clean.
Staff
Good
Nice young man directed me to the toilet.
Additional Information
I would not visit again as I do not appreciate having to book a table for lunch in a glorified cafe. I don't care how nice their food/drinks are.
