Poor
Looked great from the outside and was good for ladies clothing. Not great if you're looking for the men's department.

Nice wide doorway to roll in from Buchanan Street. On the street level was the ladies fashion and this was easy to wheel around. Not so great when I looked for the men's department as it was on another floor with no lift.

Received a nice welcome from the staff when I wheeled in. No mention of the lack of access though.
