We have two cottages on our smallholding, both of which have downstairs double bedrooms, underfloor heating, single level tiled floors downstairs and on site parking within 10 metres.
Chestnut Cottage is rated M1 although it was designed with wheelchairs in mind and has a spacious wetroom and twin bedded room upstairs with its own seating area TV and DVD player suitable for carers or family. It is accessible by steps or ramp.
Beech Cottage has only one bedroom and bathroom with over bath shower and is accessible by two steps or portable ramp.
