Good
This lovely place that has a very relaxing atmosphere. Has level access entrance from street. Very spacious inside and is mostly level with the exception of a seating area in the conservatory area towards the back which has one step down to it.
Disabled Access In and Around
0Access is very good. The majority of this spacious venue is level. Staff willing to move tables around to cater for access needs.
Parking & Transport
Good
There is one accessible parking space in the parking area round the back of the building. There is normally plenty on street parking directly outside the venue. There is an excellent public transport service almost directly outside the venue.
Accessible Toilets
Average
To gain entry to the accessible toilets may be the only (small negative) to this place. You have to go through two sets of doors to get to the toilets. Once through the first door, the accessible toilet is immediately on the left as you go in, and you have to try and turn and open the door at same time. Once in, the toilet is adequate.
Staff
Excellent
I found the staff to be excellent. We're happy to move chairs and tables around for our accessibility needs with no fuss and were always happy to help bringing drinks across.
Additional Information
The service and atmosphere was really good. Food was lovely too! Well worth a visit!
