Disappointing experience with disabled toilet

Wheelchair accesible but very cramped. Visited due to needing to use the toilet urgently. Staff member was rude while I was waiting to use the disabled toilet saying "You have to buy something first to use the toilet" There was no sign indicating that the toilets were for customers only. Another person then stood in front of me blocking me from even accessing the toilet. I then left as I felt really uncomfortable.

Disabled user

Great place visit this Cafe Nero often. The only negative I would say as a wheelchair user is the large bucket in the disabled toilet is under the hand dryer which makes it difficult to access. Apart from that a great place and staff are welcoming. One more thing the carrot cake is the best I have ever had.
