This Costa does facilitate wheelchair users with their leveled access throughout. However there is no lift to access the upper level of the cafe. There is also a disabled friendly toilet downstairs with alarm cord, however the equipment fitted is minimal. They offer NHS staff discount, but discount for carers is not available. There is no hearing loop fitted and there is only disabled parking in the area directly behind approx 200 meters away.

Costa is located at the centre of York where all parking is restricted, even disabled parking. There are no parking facilities owned by Costa however disabled parking card holders are able to park behind costa where sign posts allow.
