Cuningar Loop is an amazing place, in the heart of Glasgow, where you can enjoy a beautiful riverside wander or some adventure play, ride a bike, climb a boulder, or just picnic. Cross the bridge from the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome and Emirates Arena and you enter an unexpected gem, in this recently-developed woodland park.

A great Changing Places toilet with a rather heavy door.

I always appreciate a Changing Places toilet in a popular outdoor area. If you head a little way from the car park towards The Bothy, you'll come across this clean and well equipped facility, complete with changing bed, ceiling track hoist and an adjustable sink.

An accessible woodland walk

Cuningar Loop Woodland Park is a lovely spot for a stroll on a clear winter morning. The car park has eight accessible parking spaces, and there is also a Changing Places toilet, a play park and a peaceful riverside walk. It is definitely a great place to visit when you need to blow away the cobwebs.
