I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person and a general supporter of disabled access. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination and moving around.
Overall Rating
Excellent
Outstanding food of incredible quality at very reasonable prices. A fantastic eating experience, but only accessible with assistance.

The main entrance to the restaurant is a steep ramp that I couldn't get my wheelchair up without assistance as I ended up on 2 wheels and almost resulted in me falling sideways in it. Thankfully I had assistance in my partner to enter the building. There is a small amount of tables at the front of the restaurant where I had ample space to park my wheelchair, however if these areas are not available, you cannot access other seating without using stairs. I would suggest contacting the restaurant in advance for assistance with access if you intend to visit, just to make it easier on yourself if you are a wheelchair user or just less able bodied and would struggle with the ramp and door.

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
There is an NCP multi-story carpark a short distance away and there are multiple on-street parking areas dotted around the city centre. Bus links and the train station are also available within the area.

The bathroom facilities are only accessed via stairs and I did not visit these on this trip as although I am ambulatory, I could not face using the stairs due to excruciating pain.
Staff
Excellent
The staff at this restaurant are very friendly and have a great attitude towards any and all customers. I was blown over by the hospitality (this was my fourth visit here and it still surprises me) and you can taste the effort that has gone into each and every single meal that you order. Upon leaving the restaurant, the waiter removed the table without hesitation to make it easier for me to manoeuvre my wheelchair and then ran to open the door for me to leave. Fantastic hospitality all-round.
