Great hotel for our Edinburgh visit!

Excellent

This hotel perfectly met my wheelchair accessibility needs. Bed was a good height and bathroom was nice and spacious. Another plus was the ability to have a connecting room for our family of 4 to easily move between rooms.

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

Disabled access was great. Only complaint would be the button on the disabled entrance door didn't work properly. Had to get a family member to go in to push the inside button.

Parking & Transport

Good

A 10 minute walk from Haymarket train station and tram stop. Easy to get turned around so make sure you follow the attached map. Gilmore Park bus stop is right outside hotel, also a short walk to Leamington Terrace bus stop.

Accessible Toilets

Excellent

Did not use the public toilet, but the bathroom in the room we were staying in was an ideal layout.

Staff

Excellent

Staff were great! We needed to park our hire van at the hotel and the disabled spots were taken by cars with no blue badges. The manager was very apologetic and let us park in the Diamond club spot for free.
