Overview

We had drinks in the cafe and food in the restaurant. The place was fully accessible and I didn’t have to worry about anything there. There menu had multiple vegan and gf options and the staff were very friendly when talking about allergies. The place is very spacious and relaxing. The access to the shop was a bit tight in my wheelchair with front attached power assist but I still made it around. The exhibition space was very accessible however some of the text is a bit discreet for myself with poor vision.

Transport & Parking

3

There are parking bays on whitworth street which you can use for free with your blue badge. It is just around the corner from the venue. In my wheelchair these are easy parking spaces for us. However there are few dropped curbs on these spaces.

Access

5

In my wheelchair everything was accessible in the cafe restaurant and art gallery. The lift has enough space for my batec to fit in attached to my wheelchair.

Toilets

3

Toilets were tidy and clean. Enough space for a cater. Grab rails. However I haven’t noticed a changing places toilet.

Staff

4.5

Staff were delightful and helpful. Happy to assist with anything I needed.
