Palace Theatre

SAM, Palace Theatre Manchester. I have MS and had never been to this venue before but have been to other venues and wouldn't go again. The Palace was fabulous. I was met with an usher Sam . He never left me, I was walking but with a lot of difficulty. He offered me his arm to help me balance he went above and beyond. He escorted name via lifts to my seats. At the interval another usher came to see I was OK then at the end another usher came to help me out sadly I didn't get their names. I had the best night ever. I am so grateful to Sam and the other ushers. I am looking at other shows to book. THANKYOU, IT WAS A NIGHT TO REMEMBER.

We visited to see My Fair Lady. The show was excellent, but it is an old theatre which has good access as far as the auditorium, but is then let down by poor wheelchair spaces and carer seating.
