Excellent
Staff so helpful and knowledgeable - was an absolute treat to visit! Choclates were amazing - so detailed and such a wide variety.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Most of this place is on one floor - but to access the shop area you need to use a stair lift. It feels cosy and cute - but that also makes it feel quite tight and hard to manoeuvre in some places. Tables and chairs can be rearranged very easily. If you're stopping in the cafe it's table service which makes things a lot easier!

Dedicated customer parking - don't think would be very easy to get there with public transport!!

There is an accessible toilet - but it is "hidden" with some plants which makes it a little bit trickier to open door and get in and out - but once you're in it's fine!
