Eat in at the fish and chip shop
We were staying in the area , and wanted a quick evening meal. I had seen this fish and chip shop advertised and as it had a cafe to eat in thought we would give it a go. Entry is great just up a slope you place your order at the counter before taking a seat in the cafe. Plenty of room to get around the cafe with the wheelchair. When your buzzer goes off it means your ready to collect your food. They would have brought it over but as I had my husband with me he went to collect it. The choice on the menu was good typical of a fish and chip shop. Apart from the steak pie
which I had . I have never had one like this before from a chip shop it was amazing. The steak and gravy came in a container about 2-3 inches high with a plastic lid. The meat was large chunks and so much of it. The puff pastry top was separate next to the container. It also came with lots of chips, I must say it was great so much meat I couldn’t eat it all. And very good value for money. The menu did say homemade steak pie. My husband had fish and chips which were also very good, would certainly visit again when in the area. They also do take out meals .
