A luxury 5* hotel Amazing location-you can walk to Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Chinatown, museums Best entrance I’ve ever seen (see video of marble steps turning into a lift Harry Potter style) Public spaces crazy (marble etc) Rooms are often small I think, but ours was huge, maybe because it was accessible. Bathrooms wonderful. Breakfast perfect . Corridors incredibly long and wide Fun fact: it used to be called”Hotel Russell”. The Russell group of universities got their name from when the leaders of the universities used to meet regularly in the hotel

I only used taxis, so I don’t know about parking and public transport. But you won’t need to get transport to everything. Incredibly well located, you can walk to Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Chinatown, museums . Never waited longer than 3 minutes for a cab

All staff wonderful Especially doorman, who worked hard while we were there, doing the lift at entrance and hailing cabs
