Satisfied with handicap rooms in 2003 + 2012

We are a couple, one with mobility issues. In 2012, Steph=Kitty used a walker. In general we were completely satisfied with the facilities and service at the Royal National Hotel 38-51 Bedford Way, London WC1H 0DG, UK It was a long walk from the elevator to our room. That's normal in a large hotel. We will most likely stay at the Royal National again in 2025 with Steph=Kitty in a manual wheelchair. (Added this review just because we were surprised nobody on any website had reviewed the Royal National for accessibility.)
