Excellent
All facilities are in a temporary location until the new visitor centre is complete. Dedicated facilities with support are available for disabled people, take to the water, use an adapted bike or enjoy the walks with a mobility scooter. It is all here. Super pleasant staff, cafe, accessible toilet and “changing places” facility.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
It is well paved all around the facility. Paths around the loch are good, some are shale and mud but you can get a map from reception of the best routes to use . Access is excellent to the water via Fife Sailability and the paths via Bikability and mobility scooters.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
There is a large car park with five blue badge spaces.
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
There is a very well equipped changing places toilet with bifold door and all facilities for toileting and changing. There is a basic accessible toilet in the cafe. This has a heavy spring to the door and no alarm facility.

The woman on reception was extremely helpful.
