It is level access into the store. Inside there are multiple levels, served by a number of lifts, though some don’t reach all floors. Where each lift served didn’t say until you were at the lift itself - this could mean a wasted wheel and the look for another alternative.

    Disabled Access In and Around

Lift to all areas through a number of lift options but you have to find the right lift because they don’t all reach all the flows. Poor signage means you kind find yourself having to find a different lift to get where you want to get to.

Accessible facilities: Lift to all areas

    Good

Used the accessible toilet on the basement floor (near the Food/Grocery hall). The toilet had grab rails and a drop down side bar. Low sink to the side. Plenty of space for me in my wheelchair and my carer to manoeuvre.

    Additional Information

We also visited the cafe. It was very busy and tight for wheeling between tables.
