QE11 is a delightful modern well equipped ship, beautifully decorated throughout, plenty to do and see, a most relaxing sort of ship, posh without overdoing it, wheelchair friendly with attentive staff who will look after you so well. It lives up to its company, CUNARD, one of the best experiences you will have, perhaps a bit expensive on board, but it is your holiday, so enjoy the cruise, and be ready to plan your next one, there will be more no doubt.
Disabled Access In and Around

Disabled are well cared for with Cunard, your safety and comfort is most important to them. Over the years we have cruised with all their latest ships and enjoyed everyone of them. If you have not done so yet, go back Over each of the 6 reviews and click on every photo to read the comments we have offered you, as we really do want you to see how enjoyable a cruise ship can be, and with so much to do, and eat, there is actually no need to get off the ships at port, just stay on board and relax. Cruising is ideal for disabled, seasickness need not be a worry, just take a seasickness tablet, or wear bands that help you avoid seasickness, it’s surprising how few suffer in any way, just take precautions and you will be ok As we said on part one, we have taken 62 cruises to date, and enjoyed every single one of them, no matter what company we sailed with, and while each different ship we boarded where different, large or small, they are delightful, so we recommend you try cruising. Start small and cost friendly, and build up. over all, cruising is most rewarding, and you only have to spend what you can afford, everything is provided without going silly on the spending, there’s no need, it’s there already paid for when you booked, extras are simply extras, and not need be of concern, it’s already provided. If you wish to disembark at a port and look around, don’t book a trip, walk, the dock is always within walking distance, so don’t waste your money, save it and book another cruise next year. Everyone deserves are warm thanks for the way they helped and supported all the disabled passengers we saw and met whilst on board. Each staff member tried their best for us, and we are so grateful for the care and attention they gave to us each day.
