Social support for older adults with significant sensory loss. Offering individual support and companionship to people who do not have adequate social or emotional support networks or are otherwise socially isolated.We offer individual support and assistance, group activities, support people to stay socially involved and independant. Support includes befriending, escort and sighted guides, communication support, social and leisure activities, local peer groups, help with communication skills and accessing community facilities.
