Overview

All was accessible and easy but the overwhelming thing was the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. I had an accessible room on the ground floor and needed some help with luggage etc. No problem for the staff! Cleethorpes also accessible in the main. Good attitude of shop staff! Good fish and chips - I'll be back!

Transport & Parking

A number (?) of disabled parking bays and a ramp to the reception automatic door.

Access

Access from car park via ramp to main door, so very straight forward. But it happened to start raining when I started to climb the ramp - can't help these things! - so a bit uncomfortable in my scooter. But, otherwise, no problems!

Toilets

The bathroom in the accessible room was ideal. There was a low-sided bath. But I did need help with the toilet rail - it was a little too heavy to move into 'down' position, but no problem when I asked receptionist (Keeley). Reception was very close-by.

Staff

I met only 3 different receptionists - all very friendly and helpful, especially Lee.

IF you have an overnight stay in Cleethorpes, I would recommend this hotel which is relatively new.
