Transport & Parking

Getting to the hotel by taxi was easy and there’s a taxi rank right outside the door.

Access

Access in and around the building: The hotel has all the characteristics that you would expect to find. Getting around was problematic due to the low light levels and lack of visible signage. Access in the accessible bedrooms and bathrooms: The accessible bedroom was good as it was well lit. Access in the dining area: The dining area was large and well laid out. Access to other facilities: The lounge I visited was not too light and the background music became irritating after a while.

Toilets

There were accessible toilets off the lounge which were fine.

Staff

Staff were polite.

For me as a visually impaired person, the lighting levels may be problematic over time.
