Lovely hotel, good access but a few glitches

This is a lovely hotel which is recently refurbished. Sadly a number of accessibility features are a bit problematic. The hotel responded very well to my feedback and maybe some of these might be ironed out.

Modern interior, delicious food!

Itchycoo is restaurant within the Radisson Blu. We had the very generous afternoon tea, a delicious treat! The exterior to the hotel is a beautiful part of history, but within, the slick, modern, spacious restaurant is a treat. The ground floor of the hotel extends back from the Royal Mile offering a roomy accessible toilet. A wonderful experience!
